At Albany Group, our focus has always been on delivering innovative solutions to help organisations manage their supply chains and professional services with greater ease and efficiency. Recently, we’ve made several key updates to our platform, enhancing control, security, and workflows. But that’s not all—we’re also excited to introduce our upcoming Conect Ecosystem, designed to revolutionise the fragmented professional services marketplace within the insurance supply chain.
Key Platform Updates
Here are some of the latest enhancements we’ve rolled out:
1. Full User Configuration for Entities, Branding, and Assessments
We’ve introduced greater flexibility, allowing users to fully configure entities, branding, and assessments. This ensures that the platform can be tailored to suit individual organisational needs, offering a more personalised and seamless user experience.
2. Improved Security Access
Security is critical in today’s digital world, and our improved security access features provide users with more control and flexibility over permissions, ensuring that the right people have access to the right resources, while maintaining robust security protocols.
3. Enhanced Document Management and MI Reporting
We’ve expanded our document management features, increasing upload and download capabilities. This improvement facilitates more efficient handling of large volumes of documents and enhances MI (Management Information) reporting, allowing for better insights and faster decision-making.
4. Additional D&B API Integration
Our integration with an additional Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) API offers deeper, data-rich insights for better supplier and partner evaluations, further streamlining decision-making processes within your organisation.
5. Complete Loss Fund and TPA Management
We’ve developed a complete workflow system for managing loss funds and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs). This improvement gives users better control over these critical processes, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
6. New TPA Management Workflow
Our brand-new TPA management workflow system simplifies the process of handling third-party claims administrators, making it easier to manage claims, track progress, and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
7. Contract Alerting System
We’ve introduced a contract alerting feature to help users stay on top of important deadlines and milestones. Set alerts for key contract dates, ensuring that renewals or expirations are never missed, and critical timelines are always met.
8. End-to-End Broker Relationship Management
Our end-to-end broker relationship management system allows for smoother communication and better tracking of broker engagements. This system enhances the ability to manage interactions, track progress, and maintain a clear line of sight on all broker relationships.
Introducing the Conect Ecosystem
While these updates make significant strides in improving our platform, we’re also addressing a key gap in the insurance supply chain—the fragmented marketplace for buying and selling professional services. That’s where the Conect Ecosystem comes in.
Conect has already solved many of the challenges and mitigated the risks associated with managing complex supply chains for our clients. However, the professional services marketplace remains disjointed. The Conect Ecosystem, currently in
development, is designed to bring cohesion to this space. Here’s what you can expect:
A Unified Marketplace: The Conect Ecosystem will serve as a single marketplace where buyers can search for the services they need using simple, intuitive filters.
Pre-Vetted Providers: We will pre-vet all service providers, ensuring that users have access to trusted, high-quality options.
Opportunities for Suppliers: The platform will create new opportunities for suppliers to offer their services, helping them connect with potential clients in the insurance supply chain.
Streamlined Processes: By reducing the RFI (Request for Information), RFP (Request for Proposal), and due diligence processes, the Conect Ecosystem will significantly cut down the time and effort required for procurement.
